该项目由EPC总包方中材建设（CBMI）承建，是CBMI在北美市场的首个水泥项目，具有重要里程碑意义。项目新建一条3300吨/天干法熟料生产线，设计燃料替代率最高可达90%，将助力水泥行业向更加可持续的生产方式转型。

We are proud to announce the award of the combustion system package for the STC01 NorthStar Project at Amrize Canada Inc.’s Saint-Constant cement plant in Quebec.
The project, delivered by EPC contractor Sinoma Construction (CBMI), represents a major milestone as CBMI’s first cement project in North America. The new 3,300 t/d dry-process clinker production line is designed to achieve an impressive fuel substitution rate of up to 90%, supporting the industry’s transition toward more sustainable cement production.
FCT will supply a fully customized combustion solution, including:

✔️ K-Jet calciner burner
✔️ CSA-certified valve trains
✔️ Burner Management System (BMS) controls
✔️ CFD simulations and process engineering
✔️ Bilingual technical documentation (English & French)
By combining advanced combustion technology, engineering expertise, and full compliance with Canadian standards, FCT is helping deliver a high-efficiency, low-carbon production line for one of North America’s most significant cement projects.
We also extend our appreciation to Enelco, FCT’s exclusive representative in China, for providing localized support and facilitating close commercial and technical coordination throughout this international project, helping drive successful collaboration between FCT and CBMI.
This award further strengthens the collaboration between FCT, CBMI, and Enelco in jointly developing the North American cement market, and will further demonstrate our high-efficiency, low-carbon combustion technology and global service capabilities.
